Show your support for the Warrior Nation of the past and present when you pull on this New Zealand Warriors NRL 2019 Rugby Training T-Shirt from Canterbury. The New Zealand Warriors play their rugby in Austalia’s premier rugby league competition, the National Rugby League NRL and are the League’s only team from outside Australia. The club has yet to win a premiership as of 2018, but has won one minor premiership (in 2002), reached two grand finals (2002 and 2011), reached the playoffs eight times, and provided the majority of the New Zealand national team’s players. At the beginning of the year, many people tipped that the Warriors would finish last, and claim their first wooden spoon in history. But the Warriors began the season with five straight wins, their best ever start to a season. They ended up finishing 8th and played Penrith Panthers in an elimination final on Saturday 8 September at ANZ Stadium. This was their first finals series appearance since 2011 but lost to Penrith 27-12. The team are looking to improve on their standing in the 2019 season. The club has mixed between blue and white kits to black and grey kits with their most recent kit colours being stated as black, white and red. This t-shirt has gone back to the blue and white colourway of the past. This tee is predominantly blue with white, green and red blocks on the chest. The CCC logo is on the left of the shirt above the club badge whilst the sponsor – Vodafone – is on the right.
